Appointment terms and conditions:

- Deposits are non-refundable on late or missed appointments.

- 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment (without exception, regardless of circumstances given). Less notice than 24 hours and you will have to leave another deposit if you wish rearrange.

-Only one free touch up appointment is given. If you miss an appointment then you will be charged for a new appointment.

- Please note, children are not allowed in the studio.
